First floor: Bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed. Double sofa bed in lounge.
All fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included also. Colour TV, video, DVD player. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave in kitchen.
Private entrance with driveway for 2 cars, lawned garden and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. Use of owners out of ground swimming pool.
Pets welcome.

and enlarged, (two bedrooms created on the first floor),
this traditional gîte is now an attractive character
home with exposed beams, original bread oven, wood-burning
stove and has a large level garden. In an old farm setting
with distant views over the rolling Vendée countryside,
the cottage is well placed for exploring the region,
being central to la Rochelle/west coast beaches, Poitiers,
Puy du Fou and Venise Verte.Accommodation: One double
bedroom and one twin room (low head-height) for which
a third bed is available. Lounge-dining room with sofa,
easy chairs, dining table & chairs, radio/CD/cassette
player, games & books. Bathroom with 'sabot' bath/shower
and separate toilet. Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge-freezer,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ample crockery, cutlery
& cookware.The cottage is attached to the main house
and, at the front, faces onto the old farm courtyard
and, at the rear, the kitchen door opens straight onto
the large level garden with table/chairs, sunloungers,
barbeque etc. Childrens garden toys, boules and badminton
are available. Parking is alongside the cottage.

The accommodation comprises
a principle room furnished with a 'clic-clac' style
sofa bed, two easy chairs, dining table & chairs,
colour TV/DVD (French stations) and a radio/CD/cassette
player. Sliding patio doors open onto the good-sized
balcony with table & chairs for outside dining.
The separate kitchen has a hob, 'combi' microwave/grill/oven,
fridge, coffee maker and ample crockery, cutlery, cookware
and also has a door to the balcony. The bathroom has
a bath with shower over and hand basin and there is
a separate toilet. The apartment is all electric and
has wall-mounted heaters. Bicycles are provided for
our guests and are kept in the basement storeroom, also
useful for storing luggage.
