Camping Le Paradis, created in 1995, is situated in the Charente, in the middle of the beautiful french countryside and is open all year.
Whether you are looking to stay in a static holiday home for sightseeing or house hunting, a place to stop with your caravan or motorhome whilst touring or somewhere to refresh and recharge ‘enroute’ to Spain, Camping Le Paradis is the perfect place.

Those looking for more interest or culture will find Camping Le Paradis is easily accessible to La Rochelle on the west coast, Poitiers and Futuroscope, Limoges with its porcelaine and airport, Confolens, Cognac and much more. For the more active and energetic amongst you, the region boasts two massive lakes for fishing, swimming, canoeing and windsurfing. Camping Les Boueix is a quiet, peaceful site where you can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. On the edge of a tiny hamlet next to the village of Fleurat, we are surrounded by woodland in an undulating landscape.

We have our own lake (0.5 hectare) just a short walk from the campsite for the fishermen amongst you, which is stocked with carp, tench, roach, trout and sturgeon. Or just sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings whilst watching the abundance of wildlife, have a picnic, or take a leisurely stroll around the lake. If you feel a little more energetic, there are numerous quiet country lanes for both cycling and walking.

The campsite is set in five acres of countryside which is laid out with several marked pitches and larger areas of open grassland. You will also find two picnic areas that are planted with shrubs and trees to provide some shelter and privacy.

New for 2009 - an on-site fishing tackle shop for all your fishing needs.

Our site is an easy drive from the N10 – no difficult roads to negotiate if you are towing! The flat orchard is bordered by fruit trees and set in beautiful rural countryside. Facilities on site include a ‘proper’ heated shower room with shower, wash basin and w.c. and a washing up area, both with free hot water. There is an above ground pool in a fenced and gated terrace area. The pool measures 7.5m x 3.5m and is for fun rather than serious swimming. It has a raised wooden deck around one side for easy access.
