The slowdown of caravan sales

Talking with my towbar fitter today and he was explaining his thoughts on the declining caravan sales.
Modern youngsters have to take a test in order to tow ,modern cars are bought on pcp finance packages and are worried about altering the car.
Glamping is getting more popular so you can camp/caravan into a ready made setup.
Working times are different with many working in shops working weekends .
I'm sure there are more reasons but these are definitely some

Being anything but "cool" IMO can be added to the list.
New build properties having no potential for owner storage, another.
Many new vehicles tending to be unsuitable as tractors yet another.

Building caravans would be something I would now certainly not consider buying shares in.

Fine

The Price of new vans now-a-days, can be added, can expect some price cutting?
The pricing of some of the sites, doesn't help.
We live very near the Eye Kettleby Lakes site, in Leicestershire. and there are, most days, some impressive looking vans heading that way.
