Well it's impossible to do what you ask as the alko hitch dose not have brakes fitted

What we need is the age of the caravan then we can advise further

are you sure that they need replacing as they may just want adjusting ?

TO REMOVE

First lay a mat under the hitch and if you have the soft dock fitted then remove it now lay on your back under the hitch and you will see some small allen grub screws you need to loosen them enough to let you pull the old pads out and be careful of any shims fitted as they may stay in place instead of on the pin....

TO FIT

Just do the above back wards
