Townies

I'm one, as I live in a town I use CL's most of the time, with or without hook up, a and sometimes find that when I've set up (first on site) that my van acts like a magnet for new arrivals (townies), they have plenty of room but still come very close to me.
One I remember was on a CL high above Bala Lake (sadly closed now) it was on a six acre field, no EHU so you could go where you like. I pitched, then another van pitched about 10 metres away, not too bad but considering the size of the field. Then another van arrived and tried to go between us, But the second arrival was soon out telling to move away, thought they were going to fight, anyway he moved away.

What would you do??

I would have moved, once did, although I made sure they knew why I was doing it.

Same happens in car parks. You park in an isolated corner and when you come back you are surrounded by cars even though the rest of the car park is empty!

You are most probably right Although I would never think that way, always been a bit naive.
