Bailey wheels still coming off

Hi my neighbor and friend has purchased a brand new twin axle Bailey Olympus twin axle ,
He has had 10 days at barmouth and on his return to Stoke one of the wheels fell off . Thankfully he had left the M6 and A500 before it happened only a1000 or so metres away from home it seems that bailey still haven't sorted this issue out it was unique to the unicorn range but now it appears to be some Olympus models have this problem ,
Mike has reported the matter to vosa and bailey but the van will need to go back to bailey for repair ,
Needless to say he is not very impressed with a new van at all and as he says what a time of year to be off the road .
You cannot stress about checking wheel nuts before and during your journey

I user the Milenco wheel bolt indicators. A quick look at each wheel before starting off tells you if any bolt is working loose. I check the torque at the start of the season and after it's been serviced though.

Apparently those WSL wheel nuts are the answer to wheels coming off.
