I see on the news that, New Zealand is really beginning to open up. People queuing all night for a hair cut, Finger crossed, everything goes OK .

Hopefully, things will start to move soon towards a realistically projected date for sites to start opening again.

It looks like this will be in two stages, the first being for c ravans and motorhomes due to problems expected with communal facilities, then later when restrictions are lifted a bit more.

We are hoping that later, when places like Poole and Swanage and their points of interest, become usable again, we can consider taking advantage of South Lytchett's kind agreement to hold our deposit from earlier this year, and hitch up and zoom orf South.

With all these protests about something that happened in another country and social distancing being totally ignored, I can see a second spike happening and an even more severe lockdown being imposed!

South West is where the virus is supposed to be escalating? We have a booking on a fully serviced pitch in Weymouh, but will abandon it if things seem to be getting worse.

MMmmm. I'll keep an eye on that, we are/were hoping to activate our held deposit at South Lytchett Manor for September (we have ordered an Indian Summer lol)

I'll watch the local news, re the virus, for the Poole/Bournemouth area.
